| I can't log in to my registered user account | Make sure that you've activated your account by clicking the link in the confirmation email that was sent to you when you first registered yourself on the website. You will not be able to log in without having done so. Make sure you are using the correct 'username' and 'password' that you registered on the website. DO NOT use your email address as your 'username' unless that is what you really specified your 'username' to be during registry. |
| I've forgotten the username and/or password for my registered user account | Simply click either "Forget your password?" and/or "Forget your username?" text links here (also found just below the 'Login' button on the login form). From there you will be given further instructions on how to reset your username and/or password. |
| I would like to change my username, password and/or other details of my account | Click the link 'User Details' in the User Menu which appears in the bottom-left corner of the site after you've logged in. (Remember you must be already logged-in to access the link to your 'User Details' page) |

| I want to change the shipping method I originally chose but I'm already at the payment page. | DO NOT HIT THE BACK BUTTON on your browser. Click the 'Ship Methods' text link in green (below the 2nd shopping cart thumbnail) above the shopping table. |
