For this reason we give you our guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason just simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please see our return policy.
For in Store Purchases
Returns must be in “NEW” condition. Please keep all tags on the products if you wish to have the option of returning it. Garments that have been washed, worn, or have missing tags cannot be returned.
Once your return is received, we will then refund your credit card for the full amount minus shipping costs or exchange the goods if requested.
Immediately upon receiving your order, please try on the garments and if they don’t fit return them for the correct size.

MASCOT is so confident of it’s good quality that should a defect occur within two years during normal use, if the fabric has not been damaged, and under compliance of the washing instructions, a two year guarantee is offered in two areas:

Double and triple seams on the exposed areas of the workwear are guaranteed within two years during normal use, and if the fabric has not been damaged. The product will be replaced or repaired if the defect occurs within two year of buying the product. This will take place free of charge through the distributor. The guarantee only applies to ordinary wear and tear, and if the fabric has not been damaged.
